What areas do you serve?
We're based in Brampton and serve most of the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Caledon, and Georgetown. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we have gate access, you don't need to be there. We'll text before we arrive and re-lock the gate on our way out.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain, we still come. Heavy storms or unsafe conditions, we'll reschedule to the next available day — no extra charge.
How do payments work?
We accept credit card, debit, and e-transfer. Recurring plans are billed monthly, and you can update or cancel anytime.
