How often do you come?
Weekly is one scheduled cleanup per week. Twice Monthly is two scheduled visits per calendar month. Monthly is one scheduled visit per calendar month.
Are recurring services a contract?
No. Recurring services can be paused or cancelled without a long-term contract.
How does billing work?
Recurring plans are priced per visit and billed monthly. The monthly total depends on the number of scheduled visits occurring during that calendar month. Any selected deodorizing treatment adds $10 per scheduled visit. One-Time Cleanup and Spring Cleanup are charged as individual services.
Is deodorizing included?
No. You can add an optional yard deodorizing treatment for $10 per visit during the quote and booking process.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, e-Transfer, and credit card. There's no prepayment required to book — we take payment after your service.
What is the difference between a One-Time Cleanup and a Spring Cleanup?
A One-Time Cleanup is a normal single-visit yard cleanup. Spring Cleanup is specifically designed for several months of dog waste accumulated throughout the winter and is priced separately because it typically requires significantly more work. Extremely heavy accumulation or unusually large cleanup areas may require a price adjustment, and we always confirm with you before starting.
Do you work during winter?
Doody Crew operates while yards are accessible. Service pauses when persistent snow, ice, frozen ground, or other conditions prevent a safe and thorough cleanup.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Brampton and serve most of the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Caledon, and Georgetown. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have gate access, you don't need to be there. We'll text before we arrive and secure the gate on our way out.
What happens if it rains?
In light rain we still come. During heavy storms or unsafe conditions we'll reschedule to the next available day and let you know in advance — no extra charge.
